We're looking for a senior website project manager to join our team in Birmingham
Let’s get straight to it….
The ideal candidate would have:
- 3+ years experience working in website project management
- A proven track record of helping to run successful website projects, on time and to budget
- Experience working with SME clients and owner managers
- A natural commercial outlook and approach to websites
- Knowledge of the entire website process from planning, specification through to managing other stakeholders such as designers and copywriters
- Ability to deliver websites that focus on delivering tangible value/ROI
- Strong presentation and project management skills
Responsibilities would include:
- Reporting directly to the Account Director and Strategy Director
- Creating website specifications including UX, wireframes, technical specification and sitemaps and managing the project through to go live
- A strong knowledge of CMS (preferably WordPress and HubSpot CMS)
- Understanding client’s goals and helping the senior team to create an integrated marketing strategy that focuses on meeting them
- Presenting research and website strategies to prospects and clients

We're looking for a web developer to join our dynamic, growing team in Birmingham
Let’s get straight to it….
The ideal candidate would have:
- Strong WordPress front end development experience
- HubSpot experience desired
- Experience of responsive web design
- Strong understanding of JavaScript development (jQuery), HTML, CSS, PHP
- Experience of working either agency or client-side as a developer
- Ability to scope project requirements
- Ability to follow specific web build and development briefs.
- Ability to write clean code and clear documentation with minimal oversight
- Tracking code implementation and testing
- Good communication skills
Responsibilities would include:
- Writing well designed, tested, efficient code
- Developing sites on both WordPress and HubSpot platforms
- Testing sites and builds across multiple devices and platforms to ensure acceptable levels of site speed and usability.
- Working closely with the web design and marketing teams to ensure best practice is met in terms of web design, optimisation and usability.
