Of course! HubSpot tutorials are a great way to get a feel for the CRM and decide whether it’s right for you. To arrange a tutorial, you can speak directly to the HubSpot team, or we can help you organise it. Click here for HubSpot advice tailored to your unique needs.

This depends on the HubSpot package you choose.  If you are only using one or two Hubs for a standard onboarding, you can expect a cost in the lower thousands. If you are an enterprise account, your onboarding costs will be reflected in a standard Enterprise onboarding. You can check out our page here for standard onboarding costs for Starter/Professional/Enterprise accounts.  For complicated setups, you will need to budget for the partner to solve the difficulties you face. Some factors that can affect onboarding costs are:
  • Data issues/cleansing
  • 3rd party integrations
  • Resource required to reflect your current business structure
  • Number of business departments needed for training.

If you are set up correctly and understand how to use the platform, the answer is yes, HubSpot is absolutely worth it.  If you’re not all in on the platform and prepared to embrace it, you may be wasting time and money on a HubSpot subscription.  Look, HubSpot is expensive, but for good reason – it’s incredibly powerful when an entire team are using it properly. Everyone we have worked with loves the Hubs they use and how relevant they are to their position. If you don’t make an effort to use it properly, you’re missing out on a great opportunity to grow.

When choosing a HubSpot partner agency, you should prioritise one that demonstrates their knowledge, transparency, efficiency and ability to build a good relationship with your team.  Knowledge is important as they, naturally, need to fully understand HubSpot in order to deliver a high-quality onboarding service.  Transparency is key – you want an agency that will be honest with you and will push back if you’re not ready for something yet, or if your goals are out of scope. If you can find an agency that challenges your approach, you’re more likely to get what you need out of onboarding.  Efficiency is essential as you want to partner with an agency who will help you see the benefits of HubSpot earlier in the process.  Find a partner that gels with your team and trust them to take you through the HubSpot onboarding process.

Partner tier does not necessarily equal better partners. The tier of a partner agency just means that they have been recognised by HubSpot for their work. Some agencies might run less onboardings, but still provide an outstanding service – the more work partner agencies do, the higher their partner tier.  Our advice when choosing a partner agency is to trust your gut, listen to the knowledge they can provide you and see how well they understand your business. That way you will know if they’re a good fit for you.

HubSpot partner agencies live and breathe HubSpot. They work with businesses across pretty much any industry, offering specialist support and ensuring your team get the most out of the CRM. The benefits of using a HubSpot partner agency are:
  1. We have vast experience on the platform, and likely have worked with a company similar to yours in the past.
  2. We will build an onboarding plan that caters specifically to your business’ needs. This provides you with unique insights into how you can use the platform rather than a general overview.
  3. You build a long-term relationship with the HubSpot partner agency, who can support (if needed) after onboarding is completed.
  4. The HubSpot agency’s main goal is to ensure you know exactly how to use your HubSpot, and to deliver a top-tier service. The onus is on them to ensure all the agreed goals are met.
  5. Working with an agency is the quickest, easiest way for your internal team to get to grips with HubSpot. Businesses that skip onboarding often get very little value from their HubSpot subscription.

In short – yes, you will need a HubSpot partner agency when you subscribe to HubSpot.  This is because it’s almost impossible for HubSpot to onboard every single customer themselves. HubSpot is vast, and every user has their own unique requirements. This is why HubSpot partner with agencies (like Catalyst) to handle onboarding and training.  Don’t worry, it’s not too much hassle and, chances are, you’re already speaking to an agency who are sorting out your HubSpot subscription.  However, if you are buying a package directly through HubSpot, they can Introduce you to a partner. Our recommendation would always be to speak to an agency first. That way, you're speaking to an expert who will know exactly what you need before you've even purchased a subscription. This will save you time and costs from having to speak to an agency after you've purchased a package as they’ll already be up to speed on your business and processes.

Our average onboarding time is 6 weeks to be fully set up. However, this is dependent on a number of factors: the number of Hubs purchased, migrations needed, integrations requested, and the number of team members trained, to name a few. We can confirm this following a discovery meeting, where we'll set a schedule for both parties to agree to.

The short answer: HubSpot requires you to have onboarding. Our answer: HubSpot is an extremely powerful tool, however it is easy to feel overwhelmed. Onboarding allows you to get it right from the start; you'll be set up to harness its power from day one. Onboarding ensures that you build a process that is unique to your business. There are many available tools that you can use within the platform. If you skip onboarding, you'll likely be unaware of useful tools that you can use to streamline your processes - your HubSpot partner will help you find these tools.

HubSpot offers over 1,000 native integrations. Chances are, there's already an integration with the software or app you need to connect with. If you have a bespoke platform you wish to integrate with HubSpot, you can always speak to a partner to search for a solution. Custom API can be built to start the communication between the 2 platforms - there are very few limitations as to what can integrate with HubSpot.

HubSpot is a comprehensive inbound marketing and sales platform that offers a suite of tools and services to help businesses attract, engage, and delight customers. It provides a range of integrated features, including content management, email marketing, social media management, customer relationship management (CRM), and analytics.

HubSpot works by allowing businesses to create and manage their online presence through the creation of websites, blogs, and landing pages. It also helps in capturing and nurturing leads by offering tools for email marketing, marketing automation, and lead scoring. The CRM component enables businesses to manage customer relationships, track interactions, and gain insights into their customer's journey. HubSpot's analytics and reporting tools provide valuable data to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

We offer onboarding for the Marketing, Sales, Service and CMS Hubs. However, as a Marketing agency, our services extend to so much more than just HubSpot. If you're looking to improve your marketing strategy, have a chat with our specialists!

Every partnership is unique - you have specific requirements that HubSpot must need. In our discovery meeting, your dedicated HubSpot onboarding specialist will take the time to get to know you as a business. They'll assess your existing processes, any challenges you face and the goals you want to achieve. We'll use this information to benchmark where you are, and what we need to do in HubSpot to help drive your success. At the end of your onboarding, we'll refer back to these initial notes, ensuring that your goals have been met and that you're fully ready to make the most out of your HubSpot.

We have 2 approaches: Guided Onboarding and Consultancy Onboarding.

Our Guided Onboarding takes a 'show me' approach, where our experts will walk you through your chosen HubSpot tools and teach you best practices and how to get the most out of them.

On the other hand, our Consultancy Onboarding is a more hands-off approach from you. We'll build your environment for you, and ensure you know how to use it properly. This allows us to set HubSpot up as you want it, and helps us plan to target your needs.

HubSpot implementation and onboarding is complete when you know what you need to do in order to achieve your goals, never before. We'll agree deliverables at the start of our relationship, and won't stop until they're met. Also, HubSpot's reporting is fantastic for tracking the growth of your company. We'll set these up, allowing you to watch as your portal grows from day 1.

Many of our onboarding clients choose to keep us around, either to be used as a resource (making edits to your portal as your business grows), or for support.

We offer ongoing support packages that can be tailored to your needs. You can either keep us on a light-touch basis, or on a full management basis. The latter gives you full confidence to take HubSpot forward, knowing that you've got a specialist by your side every step of the way.

It's perfectly normal for hurdles to slow businesses down when implementing HubSpot. Any problems that you face, or are unable to plan for, can be rectified, and it's our job to do so. We'll search for solutions that solve your specific issue. We can also identify the initial cause to help ensure that it doesn't hapen again.

Transparency, for us, is key. There will be no hidden costs or fees when onboarding with us. We use a cost matrix to provide you with an accurate budget for the goals highlighted during your discovery meeting. If you have a new process that needs to be implemented that is in addition to your original needs, we will always be up front when adjusting the budget.

Of course! We send a full breakfown for our deliverables for each client. This is adapted to suit the business needs that you put forward. We can also audit your current set up to put forwards suggestions to improve you portal and implementation.

HubSpot has many GDPR compliance options. We can choose subscription types and ensure legal basis types for communications alongside tips that are automatically generated before you send content to an audience.
